Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM (Melbourne Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Nuts About Life will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Nuts About Life within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

At Nuts About Life we try and accommodate all our customers as much as possible, but unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once the payment has been submitted.

At Nuts About Life we take pride in fulfilling out our customers individual orders and aim to be flawless throughout this process. However on the odd occasion that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number as we would like to fix the issue immediately.


1.0 Returning goods if they are faulty

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, or you may be entitled, at our discretion, to a refund. If you think that the goods you have received are unsatisfactory, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Support Team.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods in the attached table and send it back with the returned goods.

1. You can return any item you have purchased from us, within 10 days of receipt date.

Ensuring that the state of the goods is in the same condition that it left our warehouse and is unopened or damaged in any way for hygiene and health purposes.

2. If the goods are accepted by our head office we will refund that price you paid when you made the purchased the item this does not include sale or discounted items.

3. We will try to accept all returns based on our policy. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

4. All goods will be inspected on return.

5. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

6. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, or lost in the mail.

7. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

This section applies to the return of Products. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any Products returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the Products or boxes. We are not responsible for any Products that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

If goods have been returned and have successfully passed our inspections, we will process your return within 1 working day of it being received. We will send you an conformation email to notify you that this has been processed.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items, please contact our customer care team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

There are some rules around discounts/promos:

1. Only 1 discount/promo code can be used per order.

2. Discount/ promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers.

How to Shop

When you add an item into your cart, you will then have the opportunity to continue shopping or to check out.

By checking out you need to click on your cart summary at the top right hand side of the screen, in saying so you also have the opportunity to:

- Adjust quantities

- Remove an item from your cart

- Apply promotional codes/coupons

From this you will br prompt to check out with pay pal

Items will be saved in your cart, but merchandise availability is not guaranteed

When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the 'Delivery Details Button'.

Step 1:

On the shipping screen, you will need to enter your shipping address and method, on this screen you can also opt to send your items as a gift. Gift cards are also available and can be sent with your goods enclosed with a personal message for an additional fee.

Step 2:

One the conformation order screen you will see a summary of your order, if you are satisfied that all the details are correct, you can then move on to place your order.

Step 3:

Payment is secured using Pay Pal, you will then be redirected to the Pay Pal website to complete the transaction.

*Please note that once the transaction has gone through, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including cancellations.

Although we made an effort to keep sufficient stock on hand we, on the odd occasion do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered we will notify you via email.

Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping conformation.

Because of the relationship we have without vendors, the merchandise sold from our website is intended for personal use only, not for resale.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear for resale purposes.


Once you have selected your shipping options we will send you a tracking link email via our courier services letting you know that the delivery is safely on its way.

Please allow at least 10 working days from when you place your order for the goods to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 - 14 working days:

1. Check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date

2. Check to see if you have an email or attempted delivery cars from one or our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

3. Check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.

4. Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.

If you still cannot find your parcel, get in touch with our Customer Care team and quote your order number.


Please take good care of your items, we want you to enjoy the taste for as long as possible and advise you that opened goods must be stored in a cool, dry place, free of any infestation that could be harmful to the product itself. 
All products are advised to be stored in the fridge after they have been opened to ensure they stay fresh, and keep out any unwelcomed pests, especially in the warmer months.

We don’t currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock, as we like to offer you new and fresh products regularly. 
We do however tend to keep on top of our inventory levels and will generally be stocking the same product throughout the year.

We are always looking at improving your shopping experience so if this changes we will let you know.

Organic & Gluten Free

Yes all our organic products are 100% Australian certified Organic and/or USDA certified.

No - While many of our products ARE indeed gluten free, we are NOT officially certified as gluten free. 

Furthermore as we pack all our goods by hand using the same equipment, there is a chance for cross-contamination with the utensils.
