I made freekeh for dinner tonight. It was a huge hit at our house. Sauteed onions w/pine nuts added wilted kale and tomatoes. Seasoned with a cumin, ginger & garlic powder all from Nuts About Life. A little lemon juice and olive oil. Simple, healthy and delicious. Freekah would lend itself well to any number of recipe ideas. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
