This three step, no bake recipe makes the perfect snack to nibble on when entertaining guests or accompanying a delicious cheese board for New Years celebrations!

💛 40 Roasted Unsalted Macadamia Nuts (150g)
KETO FRIENDLY CHOCOLATE:
🍫 1/2 Cup of Organic Cacao Powder (sifted)
🍫 3 Tbsp Coconut Butter
🍫 150g Cacao Butter (chopped)
🍫 1 tsp Liquid Stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
👩🏻🍳 To prepare the keto chocolate, combine all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (Make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water)
👩🏻🍳 Mix until smooth and take off the heat.
👩🏻🍳 Place the Keto chocolate over a bowl of iced water and stir until the melted chocolate mixture thickens.
👩🏻🍳 Line a tray with baking paper.
👩🏻🍳 Drop the macadamia’s into the melted chocolate until coated.
👩🏻🍳 Remove with a spoon and place on the tray. 👩🏻🍳 Transfer the tray to the fridge and chill for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
👩🏻🍳 Sprinkle shredded coconut or cinnamon over the chocolate macadamia’s for a festive touch.
